Yes, our oils are 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. “100% Plant-Based Wellness” means our aromas are derived only from plants (like flowers, leaves, bark, and roots). We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, fillers, or any artificial additives. What’s in the bottle is purely from nature, ensuring a clean, non-toxic experience.
We practice “Pure Sourcing” by partnering with ethical, sustainable farms and suppliers from around the world. We source from regions where the plants grow best, ensuring the most potent and high-quality oil (e.g., Lavender from France, Peppermint from the USA). Every batch is third-party tested for purity and quality.
Because our oils are 100% pure and potent, caution is advised. Some essential oils can be sensitive to pets (especially cats) and small children. We recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated room for shorter periods (30-60 minutes) and always ensuring pets or children can leave the room if they choose. We also advise consulting with your veterinarian or pediatrician for specific concerns.
Orders & Returns
There’s no catch. You are in full control of your subscription. You can cancel anytime directly from your online account portal, no questions asked. To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, simply cancel before your monthly renewal date.
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Initial Kit: We offer a 14-day return window on your initial Sanctuary Starter Kit, provided the diffuser is unused and the essential oil is unopened and sealed.
- Monthly Boxes: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils.

Payments & Subscriptions
You will be billed for your first box the day you place your order. Your box will ship within 1-2 business days. Your subscription will then automatically renew on that same day each month (e.g., if you join on Nov 15th, your next billing date will be Dec 15th).
Your first month’s box is your “Dreamy Aroma Starter Kit.” It includes one (1) Premium Ultrasonic Diffuser (a one-time item) and your first full-size essential oil aroma that you choose yourself. Every month after that, your subscription includes one (1) curated, full-size plus a free 5ml sample of a new or limited-edition blend.
The premium diffuser is a special welcome gift included in your first month’s box only. This is how we get you started on your wellness journey. The monthly fee then continues your subscription for the curated full-size aroma and monthly sample.
We understand that scent is personal! The joy of the subscription is discovering new aromas you might not have chosen, all curated to match the season. While we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils due to hygiene reasons, many members who receive a scent that isn’t their personal favourite find it’s perfect for a different room (like a bathroom or entryway) or makes a wonderful gift for a friend.
